7-CPC E-PPO - RODRA

HOW TO GET YOUR 7 CPC -  E-PPO FROM RODRA WEB SITE OF ARMY HQ

Dear Veterans,
1.  As you know PCDA(P) has upgraded their system and are no more issuing the paper PPOs. The system has been activated by them along with CPPCs of the Pension Paying Banks to issue E-PPOs incl the Pensioners. You can now get your 7 CPC latest Corrg PPO in the comfort of your home after registering with MP 5&6 web site called RODRA . It is a very simple process which is being outlined in this post to guide you to go through the steps to register, log in and downloading  your E-PPO. 
2. E-PPO has now become essential document to get ECHS 64 kb card. In all future correspondence with PCDA (Pensions) Allahabad or PCDA (O) Pune, you need to quote your E-PPO No. You can also call PCDA (Pensions) Allahabad and find out your E-PPO No and Notional pay as on Jan 2016.

RODRA - Most of you must have already registered on the  Army HQ AG (MP5&6) web site "Retired Officers 
Digital Records Archives" . The requirement to register and fill up data came up last year. If you have registered well and good other wise you can do it now. This site has been created for the Army officers to maintain their data and records. 

 STEP-1  - NEW REGISTRATION - If not registered till now let us do it now ie SIGN UP. Keep your old PPO etc with you, You will need following details:-
(a) Service No without suffix.
(b) Date of Brith in dd/mm/yyyy format.
(c) Date of Commission in dd/mm/yyyy format
(d) Date of Retirement in dd/mm/yyyy format.
(e) Mobile No.
(f) E-mail id.

   Write these down on a piece of paper. In  addition to the above select  a password before you start - It should be Min of Eight (8) characters, where one of the characters should be in capital, one special character e.g.  @ , # , $ etc and one as numeral (0 to 9). 
For example my own  password could be Nkd@1906. You can choose your own pass word as per the above format and write it down. 

 STEP-2 - Once ready with data Open the web site -  https://rodra.gov.in/

  STEP - 3  - SIGNUP/LOGIN -  HERE ON THE WEB PAGE WHICH APPEARS  PLEASE GO TO  "NEW USER SIGN UP HERE" AT BOTTOM LEFT OR  "LOGIN/SIGNUP" IN THE ORANGE STRIP ON TOP .. IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED SELECT/CLICK ON "LOGIN"                      OR           FOR NEW REGISTRATION CLICK ON SIGNUP. -   ON DOING SO FOLLOWING PAGE WILL OPEN ON YOUR COMPUTER :-

SIGN UP PAGE FOR NEW REGISTRATION 

STEP --4   - UPDATE YOUR SERVICE DATA  -  IT IS SIMPLE FILL UP YOUR DETAILS IN THE REQUIRED BOXES AS NOTED BY YOU ON THE PIECE OF PAPER.  ONCE DONE CLICK ON "SUBMIT"  YOU WILL GET AN   OTP   ON YOUR MOB PHONE AS WELL AS IN YOUR EMAIL. NOTE THIS OTP. 
NOTE -  In case the 15 Digit  Pensioner ID is not known Leave the box blank and proceed with next box.
       FILL THE OTP IN THE PAGE WHICH HAS OPENED , IT WILL COMPLETE THE SIGN UP PROCESS. AS SUCH THE WEB PAGE WILL ASK YOU TO ENTER THE PASSWORD , ENTER THE ONE CHOSEN BY YOU IN STEP-1.
  THIS COMPLETES YOUR REGISTRATION. YOU WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION ON LINE AS WELL AS ON YOUR EMAIL ID

 STEP-5 - LOGGING  IN - THE LOG IN NAME WILL BE YOUR IC NUMBER WITHOUT THE SUFFIX.  AND THE PASSWORD AS SET BY YOU.

OPEN THE WEB SITE AND  CLICK ON LOG IN THE FOLLOWING PAGE WILL OPEN:-

FILL UP THE DETAILS AND CLICK ON  "Login".   IF ALL IS WELL YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO YOUR DATA PAGE . WHICH WILL LOOK LIKE AS UNDER - (I HAVE REMOVED MY DATA FROM THIS SCREEN SHOT)--

STEP - 6 - GET YOUR E PPO     HERE ON THIS PAGE IN THE ORANGE STRIP CLICK ON "DOWNLOADS"  , THE NEXT PAGE WHICH WILL OPEN IS AS UNDER :-

DOWNLOAD PAGE WHERE YOUR E-PPO HAS BEEN PLACED

STEP -7- DOWNLOAD OR PRINT    -   IN THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND MANY POLICY LETTERS FORMS AND ON EXTREME RIGHT IS WHERE YOUR E-PPO IS PLACED CLICK ON IT AND YOUR PPO WILL GET DOWNLOADED IN PDF FORMAT.

SAVE IT AND PRINT IT, ITS A DIGITALLY SIGNED COPY.

STEP -8 - PASS ON -   Please tell your friends who are neither on our mailing list  "OUR BIGGER FAMILY"  NOR "THE SIGNALS- PARIVAAR".

E-PPOs FOR IAF  OFFICERS  (PENSIONERS) :- 

1.         The PPO for Air Force are issued by JCDA, Subroto Park , New Delhi. JCDA has now started issuing E PPO for 7 th pay commission and they are starting from Air Mshl and then going down. Earlier only paper PPO were issued.

JCDA may not entertain any direct communication so therefore for veterans the contact point is Directorate of Air Veterans. SMC Building, Subroto  park, New  Delhi. One can send a mail to them on their mail ID or write a letter to them or speak to them on telephone. Pl visit the AF website or iafpensioners.gov.in  for details and contact numbers..

 2    .   I was in touch with the dealing airman in Dte of Air Veterans (DAV), Subroto Park, New Delhi on some other Pension matter. He informed me that the fresh ePPOs would be sent by DAV to all veterans of IAF to the email IDs in their record.

Further clarification can be sought from DAV at dav.officers@gov.in or dav@iaf.nic.in
